Dressy enough for parties and great for photos, each pettiskirt also features an adjustable, covered waistband - meaning that each waistband has one button and button hole. This allows you to make the skirt smaller by simply poking a hole in the elastic and pulling it tighter to fit over the button - allowing the skirt to grow with the princess!
